Welcome to the Junior League of Elizabeth-Plainfield

The Junior League of Elizabeth-Plainfield (JLEP) is an organization of women committed to improving their communities through the effective action and leadership of trained volunteers. For over 70 years, JLEP has worked to serve needy organizations throughout greater Union County with the time, talent, and hands-on efforts of its members. Membership in the Junior League is open to all women over 21 who are interested in voluntarism.

Fun & Friendship

JLEP membership offers women outstanding opportunities for personal and professional enrichment. In addition to regular membership meetings and volunteer outings, a variety of social events are hosted throughout the year to entertain members and their families. Highlights include the annual holiday party and progressive dinner, as well as more casual events like TGIF and "ladies" night out. Members also receive professional training opportunities throughout their league "careers" to enhance their effectiveness in the league and the community.
