real estate, he held a financial management position with a Fortune 500 company. Barbara is a graduate of The Katharine Gibbs School. She has worked closely with a US Senator and congressman and has served on the
technical support staff for the president of a major telecommunications research company. Bob is a licensed broker and works closely with Barbara who is also a licensed Realtor and holds the Graduate
Realtor Institute (GRI) designation. Both Devlins have been certified by the National Trust for Historic Preservation to market antique homes. Bob also earned the Coldwell Banker Previews Property Specialist
Designation. The Previews Program is a marketing program designed for marketing luxury residential properties to qualified buyers worldwide.
Bob has been a consistent top producer and member of the New
Jersey Million Dollar Sales Club Silver Level. He has consistently earned membership in Coldwell Banker's International Presidents Circle and Elite Club, an honor accorded to only 150 sales associates working in
Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage throughout the United States, Canada and Puerto Rico. Barbara and Bob have also earned the top team award in the Westfield office, the company's number one office in North America.
Active and involved residents of Union County for the past 35 years, they are the parents of six children and have five grandchildren.
